Brendan Scott

Brendan has a broad litigation practice encompassing contractual disputes, property damage disputes, product liability matters, personal injury disputes, oil spills, and fire losses. He also advises clients about insurance coverage. Brendan’s practice includes other areas of civil and commercial litigation, and he has successfully obtained multiple injunctions. Brendan has appeared at a variety of courts throughout Ontario and has participated in several jury trials. He has a keen interest in trial work. Brendan is a member of the Advocates’ Society and he volunteers at the University of Notre Dame’s trial advocacy program and Osgoode’s Intensive Trial Advocacy Workshop.
