Jennifer Black

Jennifer is a highly capable civil litigator and trusted advisor to whom her clients turn for sound and timely advice in all matters of litigation, and highly sensitive matters in particular. Jennifer rigorously defends for-profit and not-for-profit organizations alike in claims of employment, human rights, and negligence. She believes that an effective defence of a case is found in the details, and she works to unearth those nuances in achieving a just result for her clients. She regularly appears before the Superior Court and various administrative tribunals, and is a sought-after speaker in matters of her practice.
