Linda Kiley

Linda focuses her insurance defence practice on statutory accident benefits, including priority and loss transfer disputes. She has argued claims and appeals on behalf of insurers at various levels of courts and tribunals including the License Appeal Tribunal, the Financial Services Commission of Ontario, the Workplace Safety and Insurance Appeals Tribunal and at private arbitrations and mediations. Linda is a member of the Ontario Bar Association and the Canadian Defence Lawyers. Outside of work, Linda enjoys travelling and spending time with family and friends.
