Niro earned her undergraduate degree with honours from York University where she majored in Psychology. She obtained her Juris Doctor from the University of Windsor in 2020 and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2021. During law school she gained experience summering at the Legal Assistance of Windsor, and she was awarded a Social Justice Fellowship that she completed at the Refugee Law Office in Toronto.
Before joining the firm, Niro articled and worked as an associate at a well-respected insurance litigation boutique firm, where she managed a broad litigation practice. She handled a diverse caseload involving casualty claims, coverage disputes, property damage, product liability, professional liability, and subrogation. She has regularly appeared before the Superior Court of Justice and Small Claims Court, advocating for clients at motions, mediations, settlement conferences, pre-trial conferences, and trials.
Outside of law, Niro enjoys traveling, playing tennis, spending time with family, and unwinding with a good movie.
