Simone is an associate at the firm and is developing her practice in insurance litigation. Before joining the firm, Simone articled and worked as an associate at a litigation firm, where she managed a broad litigation practice. She has regularly appeared before the Superior Court of Justice and Small Claims Court, advocating for clients at motions, mediations, settlement conferences, pre-trial conferences, and trials.
Simone obtained a dual law degree (JD/LLB) at the Universite de Montreal in 2021, and was admitted to the Law Society of Ontario in 2022. Prior to studying law, Simone obtained an Honour’s Bachelor of Arts and Science degree from Queen’s University and a Certificate in Business from the Smith School of Business. She is fluent in both French and English.
