February 9, 2024Joseph Villeneuve successfully opposed an appeal to the Divisional Court with respect to breach of contract claims arising from a construction dispute. Its cross-appeal was also successful and as a result, Divisional Court substituted its award for $162,000.00 in loss of profits that had been denied by the trial judge.
